
Due to new Federal Regulations, changes in your Overdraft Privilege are taking place.Starting August 15, 2010, University Credit Union will no longer pay debit card and ATM transactions when there are insufficient funds to cover the transactions, unless you Opt-in.

We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined.
