There is currently a counterfiet check scam targeting individuals who may be interested in a mystery shopping job. The company claiming to be Vision Critical, Inc. Shopping Business Solutions is sending letters to people in an attempt to get them to cash a check and send money via Western Union.
Please be cautious when receiving checks in the mail from unknown sources for large amounts of money. These are most often a scam.� If you have a question about the authenticity of a check, please contact UCU before taking any action.
